• Device information: device model, operating system version, and language settings — used solely for crash diagnostics and compatibility.
• Gameplay data: anonymous session data such as levels played, completion rates, and session duration — used to improve game balance.
• Crash reports: automatically generated error logs to help us identify and fix bugs.
• Advertising ID (GAID): if you have consented to personalized advertising, Google's advertising identifier may be collected by AdMob to serve relevant ads.

We do not collect: your name, email address, phone number, precise location, payment information, or any data from your contacts or camera, unless you explicitly provide it (e.g. when contacting support).

Children: Our games are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Delivering and operating the game on your device
• Diagnosing crashes and technical issues
• Analyzing anonymous gameplay patterns to improve level design

Google Play Services

Google AdMob

Supabase (if applicable)
If the game uses cloud save or leaderboard features powered by Supabase, anonymous user identifiers and game progress data may be stored on Supabase servers. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.

Our website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers of any kind.

5. Data Retention

Crash logs and anonymous gameplay analytics are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted or anonymized beyond recovery.

Support correspondence (emails you send us) is retained for up to 24 months to assist with follow-up inquiries, and then securely deleted.

Data processed by third-party services (Google, Supabase) is governed by their respective retention policies.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights:

• Email us at support@seixngames.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Include the platform you played on (e.g. Android) and any identifier you may know (e.g. device model)
• We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days

You may also uninstall the game at any time. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data from your device. To remove data held on our servers, please submit a deletion request as described above.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of our games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
