Delete My Data

You have the right to request permanent deletion of any personal data we hold. Here's how.

Your Right to Erasure Under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and LGPD), you have the right to request that we delete personal data we hold about you. We honor all such requests promptly.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Depending on how you've interacted with our games or website, we may hold the following types of data that can be deleted upon request:

  • Anonymous gameplay statistics linked to your device
  • Crash reports associated with your device identifier
  • Cloud save data or leaderboard entries (if applicable)
  • Support correspondence (emails you sent us)

Note: We do not hold account credentials, passwords, or payment information — these are managed entirely by Google Play and are not accessible to us.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Follow these steps to submit your data deletion request:

  • Open your email app and compose a new message to support@seixngames.com.
  • Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • In the body, include the following information to help us locate your data:
    • The game(s) you played (e.g. Arrow Chaos)
    • Your device model and Android version (optional but helpful)
    • Approximate date you last played
    • Any username or ID shown in the game (if applicable)
  • Send the email. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
  • We will complete the deletion and confirm it to you within 30 days of your request.

Deleting Data Stored on Your Device

All data stored locally on your device (game progress, settings, cached files) can be removed instantly by uninstalling the app. To do so on Android:

  • Long-press the game icon on your home screen or app drawer.
  • Tap Uninstall (or drag to the Uninstall area).
  • Confirm the prompt. All local data is immediately deleted.

Third-Party Data

Some data may be held by third-party services we use. You can manage or delete that data directly with each provider:

  • Google Play Services / Google AdMob: Visit Google's Data & Privacy dashboard to manage your Google data and advertising preferences.
  • Supabase (if applicable): Any server-side data associated with an anonymous ID will be deleted upon your request to us. We will coordinate deletion on your behalf.
